Generate individual Excel invoices from one CSV file, using your existing Pro Skills invoice template.

Company logo

Upload your company logo in PNG or JPG format. It will be shown in this application and added to the top of generated Excel invoices.

CSV rules

  • Rows sharing the same invoice_number are combined into one invoice.
  • Amounts from matching rows are added together; unique particulars are joined in the invoice particulars cell.
  • Optional columns: particulars, sac_code, invoice_date, gst_rate, reverse_charge.
  • GST defaults to 0% if gst_rate is blank or 0. Enter 18 for 9% CGST + 9% SGST.
  • The printed invoice number and SAC code are fixed as XXX; CSV invoice numbers are used internally for grouping.
  • Amounts are rounded to whole rupees, with no decimal places.
  • For public hosting, use HTTPS and restrict access to authorized company users. Do not leave the generator publicly accessible without authentication.

Tax note: This template calculates CGST/SGST. Confirm the applicable tax treatment with your accountant; IGST is not implemented in this version.
